it might be the limit of the lvl. i can't do anything about it anymore.

bad2x so the item is useless now.. its not lvl15 /sob
ibahin na lang ung description ryo... LOL hmm
ganito na lang gawing 20% increase MATK... para magamit ng wiz kasi pangwiz naman talaga ung artic set eh.... un lang kung d talaga sya magawang lvl15 SG...

then make it 15% change to freeze enemy on hit or when struck
