When reporting.
1. You must have enough Screen shots. (2-4 is enough)
2. Valid Reason.
3. Show the whole conversation.
If you are going to report (WPE/RPE/ROAPING/ETC)
You should post a video. Proof that He/She is indeed using a 3rd party program(Except For Bots, SS is enough for BOT)
Do not Frame or make someone look bad, we'll investigate the matter well when someone reports. If we find out anything wrong then we'll take an action to it.
