i was making moonlight flower hat

i got all the requirements
then i went to the npc to finish my quest
then it just took my little ghost doll away 100pcs of it T_T

pls fix it

NPC fixed. do not use it yet, haven't uploaded it yet. i'll give your ghost doll back later on
